It’s been a year of transition, from a buyers market making its way toward a sellers market. We’re not all the way there yet, but signs are pointing that direction. EVERY price category across the board saw average price per square foot increases this month for the first time in years.

2015 Sedona Real Estate…
is proving to be a busy year for Realtors here in Sedona. Declines in the number of available properties on the market and prices are increasing in most price categories. We’re experiencing multiple offers and quick sales on well priced Sedona homes. Sedona Foreclosures and Short Sales numbers have dropped off the map – there’s less of them every day – 5 today as opposed to 35+ a few years ago.
