This shows the number of listings sold – and the line is the number of months supply of inventory.  Generally we use a 6 month timeline as a balanced market, so the scales are tipped right now in favor of the sellers.  However, this can vary widely depending on location, views, and rentability of the property.  AirBnB friendly neighborhoods are seeing the largest increases in value – other areas are relatively flat.  Properly priced homes and land bring in buyers quickly!!!
